Guest Details:• Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and to get settled.• Free street parking is available on Halsted and 83rd Streets.• No outdoor shoes are permitted on the training floor. Training barefoot or in clean, indoor-only shoes is welcome.• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian when not participating in a class.• No on-site childcare is available.• Class space may be limited. Registration is required and participation will be accommodated on a first-registered basis.
Waiver/Release of Liability:I will not hold Rise Training Academy, any member, instructor, or owners or operators of any facility in which I might practice liable for any injury that I might sustain while practicing martial arts, dance, fitness, or any program/workshop held at Rise Training Academy.
